Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. To support this, we have implemented an appointment and cancellation policy.
Appointments are in high demand, and early cancellation allows another client the opportunity to receive timely care. This policy helps us better utilize available appointment times for all clients.
At the time of booking your appointment, you will be required to pay a $25 deposit, which will be credited toward your treatment(s).
Time has been specifically reserved for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must call at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. Your deposit will either be refunded or applied to a future appointment. However, providing less than 12 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited.
